Mmmm.... cake. Just found this cake company called Minnie's Sweet Creations. If you want to spend a bit of time being inspired by sugary creation then spend some time on her site. It's filled with beautiful cakes, cookies, cake pops, and sweet tables. Absolutely lovely.

Little Ink
I was wandering around the internet, as I'm apt to do, and I stumbled across a website that led me to a blog, which guided my entrance to another blog that I perused around, and it had a posting that featured some really, really sweet products... housed by... Little Ink. The shop is based out of New Zealand and is run by a woman of wonderful, fun and quirky taste. Her name is Suzie.
This lovely web receptacle of goodness has all sorts of pretty little things to enhance your every day. They carry items for baking, entertaining, packaging, etc. Stuff like cute little glass jars, paper bakeware, cotton bags, chalkboard labels, pennant stickers {so cute}, and all sorts of straws including stainless steel straws! I've never seen those before. Love, love, love it all.
I clicked over to Suzie's blog and found that she had posted the most wonderful photos of the adorable "Doodle Party" she hosted for her daughter.
What a lovely and talented woman! And an extremely lucky little girl!

Herriott Grace
Herriott Grace makes me swoon.
i love the craftsmanship of each and every one of their pieces.
i love their beautiful father/daughter story.
i love the website.
i love that they're Canadian.
i love receiving an email, letting me know they have new goods for sale.
i have yet to procure one of these wooden pieces, but i will... that little cheese paddle makes me want to run for my credit card right now.
i do own three of these little porcelain pedestals and four of the dessert plates. they are truly lovely. even the packaging was so clean and pretty. i'm kicking myself for not taking photos before ripping into each happily wrapped gift. i guess that just means i need to order more items...
i'm fairly certain i need to have the ice cream cone roller. and the rolling pin {prettiest one i've ever seen.}
these just make me want to celebrate something. imagine this as a wedding cake topper.
please visit Herriott Grace's website and have a look for yourself. there are so many beautiful products to see. and buy!
xoxo

Hi.
Hi.
I've been away from this blog for a very long time. I have good reason; but, I'm not going to share that story just yet. I just want to start blogging again and we'll see where this goes.
love, love, love...
